Ivan is an Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kampala International University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from The East African School of Taxation.
He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
Ivan specializes in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial law, Tax & Regulatory Compliance. He has provided legal advisory and assistance to several companies in Real Estate Law, Business contracts and Corporate Affairs. He has also advised various individuals and corporate clients on mechanisms of debt recovery & Land Transactions, and Employment related matters.
